Worms

It is not possible to return live worms.

Products

Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. All returns must be requested in writing to rachel@ripervermiculture.ca within five (5) business days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, less the shipping costs and a 5% processing fee. 

Canceled orders

A 5% processing fee will be applied to canceled and refunded orders. To cancel or request a refund please email us at rachel@ripervermiculture.ca.
